Tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e par la gestion, la strat\u00e9gie et les \u00e9changes commerciaux, ce qui m\u2019a naturellement conduite \u00e0 m\u2019orienter vers un Bac STMG. Cette formation m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9velopper des bases solides en management, en marketing et en \u00e9conomie, tout en confirmant mon int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le commerce et la n\u00e9gociation. \u00a0<\/p><p>Dans la continuit\u00e9 de ce choix, j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un BUT Techniques de Commercialisation, une formation professionnalisante qui allie th\u00e9orie et pratique. Durant ces trois ann\u00e9es, j\u2019ai acquis des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s en strat\u00e9gie de vente, en gestion de projet, en communication et en n\u00e9gociation commerciale, tout en d\u00e9veloppant une approche analytique et une vision plus globale du monde des affaires. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mises en situation r\u00e9elles et des projets concrets, j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 m\u2019adapter aux enjeux du march\u00e9 et \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe dans des environnements dynamiques.<\/p><p>Ce parcours m\u2019a non seulement apport\u00e9 des connaissances techniques, mais il a aussi renforc\u00e9 mon go\u00fbt pour les d\u00e9fis et mon envie de poursuivre mon \u00e9volution dans le domaine du commerce. Aujourd\u2019hui, je continue d\u2019enrichir mes comp\u00e9tences avec l\u2019ambition d\u2019\u00e9voluer dans un environnement stimulant et Notre objectif principal \u00e9tait d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir des \u00e9changes d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants avec des universit\u00e9s \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de trouver des entreprises partenaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger pour des stages.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 plusieurs actions, notamment la recherche de partenaires internationaux, l\u2019organisation et la coordination de forums d\u2019entretiens entre les \u00e9tudiants et les professionnels \u00e9trangers. Nous avons \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la visibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;association RISE au sein de l&rsquo;IUT.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Cette exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> m&rsquo;a permis de d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences en gestion de projet de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons. Tout d&rsquo;abord, j&rsquo;ai appris \u00e0 planifier et \u00e0 organiser des activit\u00e9s et des t\u00e2ches, en tenant compte des contraintes temporelles et budg\u00e9taires. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes et \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions efficaces face aux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s. En travaillant en \u00e9quipe, j&rsquo;ai renforc\u00e9 ma communication interpersonnelle et ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 coordonner les efforts de diff\u00e9rents acteurs. Enfin, j&rsquo;ai acquis une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des performances du projet et de l&rsquo;identification des axes d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration pour garantir sa r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 long terme.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none Ce projet associatif et p\u00e9dagogique avait pour but de mettre en pratique les comp\u00e9tences acquises lors des cours, telles que la prospection, la n\u00e9gociation et la conclusion de ventes. \u00c0 partir du quatri\u00e8me jour, nous nous sommes tous rejoints dans le Gers, \u00e0 Auch, pour vendre dans un supermarch\u00e9. Ce fut un succ\u00e8s : gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre travail d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et \u00e0 notre emplacement strat\u00e9gique, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 vendre tous nos produits et ainsi remporter ce challenge !\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Pour ce projet,<\/strong> nous avons d\u00fb respecter certaines conditions, notamment l&rsquo;encaissement d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces et de ch\u00e8ques uniquement, et l&rsquo;interdiction de payer pour obtenir un emplacement. Durant ces trois ann\u00e9es, j\u2019ai acquis des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s en strat\u00e9gie de vente, en gestion de projet, en communication et en n\u00e9gociation commerciale, tout en d\u00e9veloppant une approche analytique et une vision plus globale du monde des affaires. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mises en situation r\u00e9elles et des projets concrets, j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 m\u2019adapter aux enjeux du march\u00e9 et \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe dans des environnements dynamiques. Ce parcours m\u2019a non seulement apport\u00e9 des connaissances techniques, mais il a aussi renforc\u00e9 mon go\u00fbt pour les d\u00e9fis et mon envie de poursuivre mon \u00e9volution dans le domaine du commerce. Aujourd\u2019hui, je continue d\u2019enrichir mes comp\u00e9tences avec l\u2019ambition d\u2019\u00e9voluer dans un environnement stimulant et exigeant. Mon parcours en BI \u00c0 la fin de ma premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me sp\u00e9cialiser dans le parcours Business International (BI), une orientation qui s\u2019est impos\u00e9e naturellement au regard de mon attrait pour les enjeux mondiaux du commerce et de mon envie d\u2019ouvrir mes perspectives \u00e0 l\u2019international. Cette sp\u00e9cialisation, suivie durant mes deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de BUT, m\u2019a offert une formation compl\u00e8te et cibl\u00e9e, alliant les fondamentaux du commerce \u00e0 une approche globale des \u00e9changes internationaux. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce parcours, j\u2019ai pu approfondir mes comp\u00e9tences dans des domaines sp\u00e9cifiques tels que le commerce interentreprises \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, les techniques de n\u00e9gociation interculturelle, les modes de paiement \u00e0 l\u2019international, ainsi que la gestion des risques li\u00e9s au change et aux exportations. Les cours dispens\u00e9s, enrichis par des \u00e9tudes de cas concrets et des projets en groupe, m\u2019ont permis de mieux comprendre les enjeux strat\u00e9giques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mondialisation des march\u00e9s, aux diff\u00e9rences culturelles dans les pratiques commerciales, ainsi qu\u2019aux adaptations n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Au-del\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences techniques, cette sp\u00e9cialisation m\u2019a r\u00e9ellement permis de d\u00e9velopper une agilit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit, une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 m\u2019adapter \u00e0 des contextes \u00e9conomiques vari\u00e9s, ainsi qu\u2019une ouverture d\u2019esprit pr\u00e9cieuse dans un environnement de plus en plus internationalis\u00e9. Elle a aussi renforc\u00e9 mon go\u00fbt pour les langues \u00e9trang\u00e8res et pour la communication interculturelle, des atouts que je souhaite continuer \u00e0 cultiver dans mon parcours professionnel. En somme, le choix du parcours Business International a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement pertinent et formateur. Il a confirm\u00e9 mon envie de m\u2019orienter vers une carri\u00e8re tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019export, la n\u00e9gociation internationale ou encore le d\u00e9veloppement commercial \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Je ressors de ces deux ann\u00e9es avec une vision plus strat\u00e9gique, une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain \u00e0 l\u2019international et l\u2019envie d\u2019\u00e9voluer dans des environnements multiculturels, dynamiques et stimulants. Les comp\u00e9tences Au fil de ma formation en Techniques de Commercialisation, j\u2019ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences essentielles pour \u00e9voluer dans le domaine du commerce. De la n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 la gestion de projet, en passant par la strat\u00e9gie et la communication, chaque enseignement et exp\u00e9rience m\u2019a permis de renforcer mon savoir-faire et ma capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation. Voici un aper\u00e7u des comp\u00e9tences que j\u2019ai acquises tout au long de ce parcours. Comp\u00e9tence n\u00b01 La gestion de projet Au cours de mes deux premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es en TC j\u2019ai eu la chance de participer au projet RISE (Reviving International Student Exchange), notre \u00e9quipe a travaill\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement des relations internationales du d\u00e9partement Techniques de Commercialisation de l&rsquo;IUT de Tarbes. Notre objectif principal \u00e9tait d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir des \u00e9changes d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants avec des universit\u00e9s \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de trouver des entreprises partenaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger pour des stages. Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 plusieurs actions, notamment la recherche de partenaires internationaux, l\u2019organisation et la coordination de forums d\u2019entretiens entre les \u00e9tudiants et les professionnels \u00e9trangers. Nous avons \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la visibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;association RISE au sein de l&rsquo;IUT. Cette exp\u00e9rience m&rsquo;a permis de d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences en gestion de projet de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons. Tout d&rsquo;abord, j&rsquo;ai appris \u00e0 planifier et \u00e0 organiser des activit\u00e9s et des t\u00e2ches, en tenant compte des contraintes temporelles et budg\u00e9taires. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes et \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions efficaces face aux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s. En travaillant en \u00e9quipe, j&rsquo;ai renforc\u00e9 ma communication interpersonnelle et ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 coordonner les efforts de diff\u00e9rents acteurs. Enfin, j&rsquo;ai acquis une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des performances du projet et de l&rsquo;identification des axes d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration pour garantir sa r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 long terme. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, ma participation au projet RISE m&rsquo;a permis de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences essentielles en gestion de projet, ce qui sera pr\u00e9cieux dans mes \u00e9tudes et ma carri\u00e8re professionnelle future. Comp\u00e9tence n\u00b02 L&rsquo;entreprenariat Durant ma deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e en BUT TC j\u2019ai eu l\u2019occasion de participer \u00e0 un jeu d\u2019entreprise en \u00e9quipe qui m\u2019a permis de cr\u00e9er et diriger \u201cRoyale Blender\u201d une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les mixeurs haut de gamme. Notre objectif \u00e9tait simple mais ambitieux : devenir le leader du march\u00e9 en offrant des mixeurs haut de gamme et une exp\u00e9rience client incomparable. Notre parcours avec Royal Blender nous a offert des le\u00e7ons inestimables. Tout d&rsquo;abord, nous avons appris l&rsquo;importance de comprendre clairement les besoins du march\u00e9. Une \u00e9tude approfondie nous a permis de positionner notre produit de mani\u00e8re unique, r\u00e9pondant ainsi aux attentes des consommateurs.Ensuite, la construction d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique solide \u00e9tait essentielle. Nous avons consacr\u00e9 du temps \u00e0 \u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie financi\u00e8re robuste, optimisant nos co\u00fbts de production tout en maximisant nos marges pour assurer une croissance durable. Face aux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s, tels que les erreurs de gestion des stocks, nous avons d\u00fb faire preuve d&rsquo;agilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;adaptabilit\u00e9.
