Entretien de vente et n\u00e9gociation<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20fe7d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20fe7d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Durant ma formation, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un entretien de vente. En effet, il s\u2019agissait d\u2019entretien individuel complet, allant de la d\u00e9couverte client \u00e0 la conclusion de la vente, finalis\u00e9e par un devis et la prise d\u2019un second rendez-vous.<br \/>Ainsi, j\u2019ai pu apprendre \u00e0 diriger un entretien de vente, puisque dans ce contexte le but \u00e9tait de faire des propositions adapt\u00e9es en fonction du profil de l\u2019acheteur que nous avions face \u00e0 nous . Cela nous \u00e0 donc pousser \u00e0 argumenter notre d\u00e9cision mais aussi \u00e0 nous adapt\u00e9 lorsque nous \u00e9tions confront\u00e9s aux objections et contre-arguments.<br \/>Enfin, cette activit\u00e9 m\u2019a donc permis d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9tences, \u00e0 savoir : identifier les techniques d\u2019achat employ\u00e9es par un acheteur professionnel, \u00e9laborer des outils de gestion et de calcul efficaces comme des factures, des \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers, ou encore des devis pour la vente complexe, mais aussi ma\u00eetriser les codes propres \u00e0 l&rsquo;univers sp\u00e9cifique rencontr\u00e9<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f3f290 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no Raid Vente - D\u00e9marchage et vente<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dde333c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dde333c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Par ailleurs, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un challenge qui est le Raid Vente et dont le but est de vendre une s\u00e9lection de produits par groupe d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves. Pour ce faire, nous devions d\u00e9marcher des lieux afin d\u2019avoir leur autorisation pour installer nos stands au sein ou devant leur enseigne.<br \/>Ainsi, j\u2019ai pu apprendre \u00e0 concevoir un argumentaire de vente permettant de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer l\u2019argument principale de vente de la marque et de ses produits, les caract\u00e9ristiques de la marque et enfin les arguments de ventes et leurs preuves. La construction de cet argumentaire de vente nous a permis de proposer des produits adapter aux besoins des clients car cela nous a offert une bonne connaissance de chaque particularit\u00e9 des produits et m\u00eame de leurs conseils d\u2019utilisation pour certains. Support de n\u00e9gociation commerciale<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fd9ca2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fd9ca2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Enfin, j&rsquo;ai appris \u00e0 concevoir correctement des supports li\u00e9s \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation commerciale comme un devis ou une facture en tenant compte des r\u00e8gles qui s&rsquo;applique en fonction de certains cas sp\u00e9cifiques ou de certains pays. Effectivement, durant ma formation j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9e \u00e0 produire ces documents en fonction d&rsquo;une entreprise pr\u00e9cise et de sa cible destinataire. Cela nous \u00e0 donc pousser \u00e0 argumenter notre d\u00e9cision mais aussi \u00e0 nous adapt\u00e9 lorsque nous \u00e9tions confront\u00e9s aux objections et contre-arguments.Enfin, cette activit\u00e9 m\u2019a donc permis d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9tences, \u00e0 savoir : identifier les techniques d\u2019achat employ\u00e9es par un acheteur professionnel, \u00e9laborer des outils de gestion et de calcul efficaces comme des factures, des \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers, ou encore des devis pour la vente complexe, mais aussi ma\u00eetriser les codes propres \u00e0 l&rsquo;univers sp\u00e9cifique rencontr\u00e9 D\u00e9couvrir l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience 2. Raid Vente &#8211; D\u00e9marchage et vente Par ailleurs, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un challenge qui est le Raid Vente et dont le but est de vendre une s\u00e9lection de produits par groupe d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves. Pour ce faire, nous devions d\u00e9marcher des lieux afin d\u2019avoir leur autorisation pour installer nos stands au sein ou devant leur enseigne.Ainsi, j\u2019ai pu apprendre \u00e0 concevoir un argumentaire de vente permettant de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer l\u2019argument principale de vente de la marque et de ses produits, les caract\u00e9ristiques de la marque et enfin les arguments de ventes et leurs preuves. La construction de cet argumentaire de vente nous a permis de proposer des produits adapter aux besoins des clients car cela nous a offert une bonne connaissance de chaque particularit\u00e9 des produits et m\u00eame de leurs conseils d\u2019utilisation pour certains. J\u2019ai aussi appris \u00e0 utiliser les techniques de d\u00e9marchage comme le porte \u00e0 porte.\u00a0 De ce fait, j\u2019ai eu l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;avoir recours aux codes d\u2019expression sp\u00e9cifiques et professionnels adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 notre situation de relation client\u00e8le. 3. Support de n\u00e9gociation commerciale Enfin, j&rsquo;ai appris \u00e0 concevoir correctement des supports li\u00e9s \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation commerciale comme un devis ou une facture en tenant compte des r\u00e8gles qui s&rsquo;applique en fonction de certains cas sp\u00e9cifiques ou de certains pays. Effectivement, durant ma formation j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9e \u00e0 produire ces documents en fonction d&rsquo;une entreprise pr\u00e9cise et de sa cible destinataire. Dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, l&rsquo;entreprise choisie \u00e9tait Goupil, dont les documents \u00e9taient \u00e0 destination d&rsquo;un client de l&rsquo;Espagne.
