Ce travail m\u2019a permis d\u2019analyser le secteur \u00e0 travers plusieurs outils marketing, notamment le PESTEL, l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019offre et de la demande, ainsi que l\u2019impact du changement climatique sur les comportements de consommation.<\/p><p data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"930\">\u00c0 travers ce projet, j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 rechercher, organiser et interpr\u00e9ter des donn\u00e9es pour mieux comprendre un march\u00e9.
