J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 structurer un entretien en respectant les \u00e9tapes essentielles telles que l\u2019accueil, la d\u00e9couverte des besoins, la reformulation et le traitement des objections. L\u2019utilisation d\u2019une grille d\u2019\u00e9valuation m\u2019a permis d\u2019identifier mes points d\u2019am\u00e9lioration et de mieux me pr\u00e9parer. Cette exp\u00e9rience m\u2019a aid\u00e9e \u00e0 progresser dans ma posture commerciale et ma capacit\u00e9 La carte de visite permet d\u2019assurer le contact et la m\u00e9morisation de l\u2019entreprise, tandis que le bon de commande formalise la vente. La fiche produit, quant \u00e0 elle, pr\u00e9sente clairement les caract\u00e9ristiques et avantages des produits
