Extension de marque : La Laiti\u00e8re et la modernisation de la tradition<\/b><\/p>

Le Brief<\/b><\/p>

Conception d’une strat\u00e9gie d’extension de gamme pour La Laiti\u00e8re visant \u00e0 moderniser la marque tout en pr\u00e9servant son identit\u00e9 historique : qualit\u00e9, tradition et savoir-faire. L’objectif \u00e9tait de r\u00e9pondre aux nouvelles exigences des consommateurs pour des produits sains, pratiques et \u00e9coresponsables.<\/p>

Mon Approche<\/b><\/p>

  • Analyse de l’identit\u00e9 : Utilisation du Prisme d’identit\u00e9 de Kapferer pour cartographier l’ADN de la marque et garantir la coh\u00e9rence entre modernit\u00e9 et valeurs traditionnelles (confiance, authenticit\u00e9).<\/p><\/li>

  • Marketing Sensoriel : \u00c9tude approfondie de l’Identit\u00e9 Sensorielle (codes visuels, tactiles, olfactifs) pour assurer une exp\u00e9rience produit fid\u00e8le au slogan \u00ab\u00a0C’est si bon de prendre le temps\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><\/li>

  • Cr\u00e9ation de concept : D\u00e9veloppement d’une nouvelle offre produit et de supports visuels (moodboard) alignant les tendances actuelles (\u00e9cologie, sant\u00e9) avec les codes de la marque.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • Marketing Strat\u00e9gique : Renforcement des comp\u00e9tences en positionnement et ciblage pour orienter les d\u00e9cisions d’innovation.<\/p><\/li>

    • Gestion de l’innovation : Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 imaginer une extension de gamme pertinente, int\u00e9grant les contraintes de praticit\u00e9 et les attentes soci\u00e9tales (RSE).<\/p><\/li>

    • Branding & Coh\u00e9rence : Ma\u00eetrise des outils d’identit\u00e9 de marque pour cr\u00e9er des supports visuels clairs et argument\u00e9s.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
