J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 par un diagnostic strat\u00e9gique approfondi en mobilisant les principaux outils d&rsquo;analyse : PESTEL, SWOT, matrice BCG, matrice d&rsquo;Ansoff et les 5 forces de Porter. J&rsquo;ai ensuite travaill\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration d&rsquo;un marketing responsable et durable, en abordant les dimensions environnementales, sociales et \u00e9thiques de la strat\u00e9gie de la marque. Enfin, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9labor\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie marketing adapt\u00e9e au contexte de l&rsquo;entreprise, en d\u00e9finissant un positionnement clair, une strat\u00e9gie concurrentielle et les leviers marketing \u00e0 activer.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Cet exercice m&rsquo;a permis de ma\u00eetriser les grands outils d&rsquo;analyse strat\u00e9gique et de comprendre comment ils s&rsquo;articulent pour construire une strat\u00e9gie coh\u00e9rente. Travailler sur une marque internationale comme Danone m&rsquo;a appris \u00e0 prendre du recul sur un march\u00e9 complexe et \u00e0 formuler des recommandations concr\u00e8tes et
