L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de commercialiser une offre de ramettes de papier aupr\u00e8s de clients professionnels, en prenant en charge l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du processus de vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres simulations davantage centr\u00e9es sur l\u2019entretien commercial, ce projet nous a demand\u00e9 de construire notre d\u00e9marche de A \u00e0 Z. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par identifier et s\u00e9lectionner plusieurs prospects potentiels, puis r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les recherches n\u00e9cessaires afin de constituer des fiches prospects d\u00e9taill\u00e9es. En parall\u00e8le, nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 des fiches produit et pr\u00e9par\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble des outils n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la conduite de l\u2019entretien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons ensuite structur\u00e9 chaque \u00e9tape de notre d\u00e9marche commerciale : prise de contact, d\u00e9couverte des besoins, argumentation, traitement des objections, n\u00e9gociation et conclusion de la vente. Le jour de l\u2019\u00e9valuation, notre enseignante incarnait de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire l\u2019un des quatre prospects que nous avions pr\u00e9alablement identifi\u00e9s, ce qui nous obligeait \u00e0 adapter notre discours et notre strat\u00e9gie commerciale en fonction du profil rencontr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette mise en situation m\u2019a permis de mieux appr\u00e9hender la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du cycle de vente dans son ensemble.
