Nous avons ensuite analys\u00e9 son positionnement afin d\u2019identifier les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui lui permettent de se diff\u00e9rencier sur un march\u00e9 devenu de plus en plus concurrentiel. Cette r\u00e9flexion nous a conduits \u00e0 \u00e9tudier l\u2019ensemble de son marketing mix, en nous int\u00e9ressant notamment \u00e0 son offre, sa politique tarifaire, ses modes de distribution et sa communication.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 partir de ces analyses, nous avons formul\u00e9 plusieurs recommandations manag\u00e9riales visant \u00e0 accompagner le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019enseigne et \u00e0 renforcer sa comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.
