Notre choix s\u2019est port\u00e9 sur l\u2019un de ses sacs \u00e0 dos, que nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019introduire sur le march\u00e9 canadien.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de construire une strat\u00e9gie coh\u00e9rente, nous avons commenc\u00e9 par analyser la marque, son positionnement, ses valeurs et son image aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs. Nous avons ensuite \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le produit s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 afin d\u2019identifier ses caract\u00e9ristiques, ses avantages concurrentiels et son ad\u00e9quation avec les attentes du march\u00e9 cible.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une part importante du projet a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 analyser le Canada en tant que march\u00e9 d\u2019exportation. Nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les opportunit\u00e9s commerciales, les habitudes de consommation ainsi que les diff\u00e9rences culturelles susceptibles d\u2019influencer la commercialisation du produit. Nous avons \u00e9galement identifi\u00e9 un distributeur capable de relayer efficacement l\u2019offre aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs locaux.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, nous avons construit une strat\u00e9gie de communication adapt\u00e9e au march\u00e9 canadien et \u00e9labor\u00e9 un argumentaire de vente complet en mobilisant la m\u00e9thode SONCASE.
