Ce travail nous a permis d\u2019identifier les principaux facteurs de motivation mis en place par l\u2019entreprise et de les analyser \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes th\u00e9ories manag\u00e9riales telles que celles de Maslow et d\u2019Herzberg. Cette \u00e9tude m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences en analyse organisationnelle, en application de mod\u00e8les th\u00e9oriques \u00e0 un contexte r\u00e9el, ainsi qu\u2019en
