contact, d\u00e9couverte des besoins, argumentation, traitement des objections et conclusion) et de me sentir plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans l\u2019\u00e9change avec un client.<\/p>\n<p devant les autres, ces entra\u00eenements m\u2019ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 gagner en&nbsp;confiance en moi, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer mon aisance orale et \u00e0 adopter une posture plus \u00e0 organiser une d\u00e9marche de prospection de fa\u00e7on
